TP SENSOR/MAP SENSOR (SENSOR
UNIT)
REPLACEMENT
NOTE:
•
After replacing the sensor unit the TP sensor
reset procedure must be performed (page 6-52)'
Disconnect the sensor unit 5P black connector.
Remove the three torx screws and the sensor unit
from the throttle body,
Install a new D-ring into the groove of the throttle
body.
Install the a new sensor unit onto the throttle body
by aligning the slot with the throttle shaft end.
Install the torx screws and tighten them.
Connect the sensor unit 5P black connector.
Perform the reset procedure (page 6-52),
