Sent before a conversation is established when accessing the
following features by their feature numbers:
Sent when a call changes from a two-party call to a three-party
call. (For example, Executive Busy Override, Conference,
Privacy Release, Two-way Record.)
Sent when a call changes from a three-party call to a two-party
call. (For example, Executive Busy Override, Conference,
Privacy Release, Two-way Record.)
Sent when a call is placed on hold (including a consultation
hold).

Sent when a call is received in voice-calling mode
