Alarm Troubleshooting
Clear the CTNEQPT-PBWORK Alarm
If all traffic cards show CTNEQPT-PBWORK alarm, complete the following steps:

Always use the supplied electrostatic discharge wristband when working with a powered ONS 15454.
Caution
Plug the wristband cable into the ESD jack located on the lower-right edge of the shelf assembly.
Do not physically reseat an active TCC2/TCC2P; it disrupts traffic.
