Cause
Sensor sensitivity adjustment has failed.
The NCU ink pat is full.
THE sensitivity level of the NCU sensor
is low.
The sensitivity level of the sensor cannot
be adjusted.
The thermistor connection of a heater is
defective.
The temperature abnormality of the
heater has been detected.
When this error occurred and if the tem-
perature abnormality cannot be
resolved, the power supply of the
machine is forcibly turned off.
Power of optional drying heater is not
turned on.
Detect abnormal temperature of the
optional drying heater.
Connection of the optional drying heater
can not be confirmed.
Cover of the optional drying heater is
open.
Due to a certain error, the function can-
not be performed.
There remains received data that has
not yet been printed.
An error occurred in the mounted heads.
The media width or the media length
required for printing is not enough.
The head height setting saved in the
machine and the current head height do
not match.
Chapter5 Troubleshooting
Solution
• Check the state of the nozzles, and if there
are frequent nozzle missing and ink droplet
misalignment, conduct cleaning to restore.
• If the same error message still appears after
restoring the state of the nozzles, contact
our service desk or your local distributor to
call for service.
• Contact our service desk or your local dis-
tributor to call for service.
• Replacement of the NCU is recommended.
