The SCSI Blade

The BX600 blade server provides a rear SCSI blade for SCSI bypass between
the external SCSI connectors and the server blades in slots 4 and 10.
The interface of the upper SCSI connector (1) is supplied from the server blade
in slot 4 and interface of the lower one (2) is supplied from the server blade in
slot 10 (see page 02-BX600-5
server blades do not provide SCSI interface routing to the rear SCSI board.
RAID level 10 can be configured for the server blades 4 and 10 combining on
board HDD's with HDD's connected via the SCSI blade.
The subsystems SX10 and SX30 can be connected via the external SCSI
connectors provided by the SCSI blade. RAID support is not available via this
interface.
