Connecting devices to the server

The standard ports are indicated by symbols and color coding.
– Read the appropriate documentation before connecting a peripheral

device.
– Do not connect or disconnect any current-bearing power cables
during a thunderstorm.
– Connect and disconnect the cables in the order described in the
technical manual.
Special software drivers may be necessary for some connected periph-

erals (see the documentation for the connected peripheral device).
