Replacing or Installing the Midplane
Requirements
– Server has been switched off
– Power cords have been disconnected
– All server blades have been removed (see page 02-BX600-73)
– All switch blades and management blades have been removed
(see page 02-BX600-106 and page 02-BX600-115)
– All fan modules and power supply units have been removed
– The KVM blade and the SCSI blade have been removed
Removal
Step 1: Removing the rear chassis
Ê Unscrew the four screws which hold the rear chassis.
