Rimontaggio impianto

Quando si procede al rimontaggio del
disco sul cerchio pulire perfettamente
le superfici di appoggio e applicare sulla
filettatura delle viti di fissaggio (14) un
frenafiletti.
Avvitare le sei viti (14) di fissaggio
disco (13) freno anteriore alla
ruota anteriore seguendo la
sequenza 1-3-5-2-4-6.
Serrare le viti alla coppia prescritta
(Sez. C 3).

Procedere al rimontaggio della ruota
sul motociclo (Sez. G 1).
Durante il rimontaggio dell'impianto
fare particolare attenzione
all'orientamento dei raccordi del

tubo pompa pinze (8) sulla pompa e
sulla pinza.
Attenzione
Una tubazione mal posizionata
può causare un malfunzionamento
dell'impianto frenante e può
ostacolare le parti in movimento del
motociclo. Rispettare l'orientamento
rappresentato in figura.
Il fissaggio del tubo freno sulla pinza o
sulla pompa deve essere eseguito
interponendo sul raccordo le
apposite guarnizioni (4).

Dopo aver orientato il raccordo,
serrare la vite (6) alla coppia
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Refitting the front brake
system
Before refitting the brake disc to the
wheel, clean all contact surfaces
thoroughly and apply threadlocker to
the threads of retaining bolts (14).
Screw the six retaining bolts (14)
of front brake disc (13) into the front
wheel in this sequence: 1-3-5-2-4-6.
Tighten the bolts to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Refit the wheel to the motorcycle
(Sect. G 1).
When refitting the brake system, pay
special attention to the orientation of
the hose fittings on the master
cylinder and caliper.
Warning
If incorrectly positioned, the
hose can affect brake operation
and foul moving parts. Position the
hose as shown in the figure.
When reconnecting the brake hose to
the caliper or master cylinder, make
sure to install the sealing washers (4)
either side of the hose fitting.
After positioning the fitting correctly,
tighten down the banjo bolt (6) to
the specified torque (Sect. C 3).
