Dopo questa prova, procedere al
serraggio definitivo del dado (1),
precedentemente montato.
Montare sull'ingranaggio (D) l'attrezzo
cod. 88713.0137 e bloccarne la
rotazione inserendo un perno in uno dei
fori di fissaggio blocco motore al telaio.
Con chiave dinamometrica bloccare il
dado alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3),
operando in senso orario.
Ribadire la rosetta (8)
sull'ingranaggio (D), in corrispondenza
della fresatura, e, in posizione
diametralmente opposta, sul dado (1).
E' buona norma riempire l'albero
motore di olio in modo da non farlo
lavorare a secco durante i primi giri.

Rimontare la pompa olio ed eseguire la
verifica del gioco di ingranamento tra
l'ingranaggio pompa olio e l'ingranaggio
della coppia primaria montato
sull'albero motore. (Sez. N 2.2.)

When this test is complete, fully
tighten the previously installed nut (1).
Fit the tool part no. 88713.0137 to
the gear (D) and immobilise it with
a pin in one of the holes mounting
the engine block to the frame.
Tighten the nut to the specified
torque with a torque wrench
(Sect. C 3), working clockwise.
Clench washer (8) onto gear (D) in
milled location and onto nut (1) at a
diametrically opposed position.
It is good practice to fill the crankshaft
with oil so that it does not operate
dry during the first revolutions.
Refit the oil pump and check the
backlash between the oil pump
gear and primary drive gear on
the crankshaft (Sect. N 2.2)
