Le operazioni di rimontaggio di
seguito descritte sono analoghe per
entrambe le piastre portapedana.
Qualora fossero state rimosse le
protezioni destra (9) o sinistra (2),
fissarle sulle piastre portapedane
con le viti (3) applicando frenafiletti
3
e serrando alla coppia di serraggio
prescritta (Sez. C 3).
Introdurre la molla (10) tra le battute
della pedana anteriore (4) o (14) e
montarla sulla piastra portapedana,
inserendo l'estrermità rettilinea (F)
della molla (10) nel foro della piastra.
Introdurre dal lato anteriore il
perno (13), opportunamente
ingrassato, e bloccarlo sul lato
opposto con l'anello di fermo (11).
Per il rimontaggio della piastra
portapedane (1) e (12), verificare
l'integrità del gommino antivibrante (17)
e (6), se necessario sostituirlo.

Introdurre il gommino antivibrante (17)
all' interno della sede della piastra
portapedana (12) e posizionare
l'assieme sul perno forcellone e in
corrispondenza dei fori filettati sul
blocco motore.
Impuntare le viti (18) facendo
attenzione a posizionare le rosette (7)
fra la piastra portapedana e il

blocco motore.
Serrare le viti (18) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Impuntare la vite speciale (15)
interponendo la rosetta (16) tra la
vite e il gommino antivibrante (17).
Serrare la vite (15) alla coppia di
serraggio prescritta (Sez. C 3).

Refitting the front
footrests
The refitting operations described
below apply to both footrest brackets.
If the right (9) or left (2) heel plates were
removed, secure them to the footrest
brackets with the bolts (3), applying
threadlocker and tightening them to the
specified torque (Sect. C 3).
Position the spring (10) between
footrest stops (4) or (14) and, and fit
it to the footrest bracket, inserting
the straight end (F) of the spring (10)
in the hole in the bracket.
Grease the pivot bolt (13) and insert
it from the front, securing it on the
other side with the circlip (11).
Before refitting the footrest
brackets (1) and (12), chck the
condition of the rubber mountings (17)
and (6) and renew them if necessary.
Insert the rubber mounting (17) in its
seat in the footrest bracket (12) and
locate the assembly on the swingarm
pivot shaft, aligned with the threaded
holes in the engine block.
Inesert the bolts (18), ensuring that the
washers (7) are positioned between the
footrest bracket and the engine block.
Tighten the bolts (18) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
Imnesrt the special bolt (15)
interposing the washer (16) between
the bolt and the rubber mounting (17).
Tighten the bolt (15) to the specified
torque (Sect. C 3).
