Smontaggio disco freno
posteriore

Eseguire la rimozione del mozzo
eccentrico posteriore (Sez. G 5).
Svitare e rimuovere le quattro viti (3) di
fissaggio disco freno al perno ruota e
rimuovere il disco freno posteriore (4).
In caso siano da sostituire, svitare
dal mozzo eccentrico le viti (1) e
3
rimuovere le spine di riferimento (2).
Il disco deve essere perfettamente
pulito, cioè senza ruggine, olio,
grasso od altra sporcizia, non deve
presentare profonde rigature.
Per il limite di usura del disco freno
vedere (Sez. C 1.1).

Procedere al rimontaggio del disco
freno posteriore (4) serrando le viti (3)
alla coppia prescritta (Sez. C 3)
seguendo la sequenza 1-2-3-4.
Eseguire il montaggio del mozzo
eccentrico posteriore come
descritto alla (Sez. G 5).

Removing the rear brake disc

Remove the rear eccentric hub
(Sect. G 5).
Unscrew and remove the four
bolts (3) securing the brake disc to
the stub axle and remove the rear
brake disc (4).
If they are to be renewed, unscrew
the bolts (1) from the hub and
remove the locating pinss (2).
The disc must be perfectly clean
with no signs of rust, oil or grease
deposits or other contaminants and
must be free of any deep scoring.
Refer to Section C 1.1 for the brake
disc wear tolerance limits.
Proceed with the refitting of the rear
brake disc (4), tightening the bolts (3)
to the specified torque (Sect. C 3) in
the sequence 1-2-3-4.
Refit the rear eccentric hub (Sect. G 5).
