TIRE INFLATION

Use only Buell approved tires. See a Buell dealer. Using
non-approved tires can adversely affect stability, which
could result in death or serious injury. (00133a)
Do not inflate tire beyond maximum pressure as specified
on sidewall. Over inflated tires can blow out, which could
result in death or serious injury. (00027a)
Check tire pressure and tread:
Before every ride.
Check for proper front and rear tire pressures when tires are
cold. Compare pressure against

TIRE WEAR

See Figure 1-21 and Figure
will appear on tire tread surfaces when 1/32 in. (0.8 mm) or
less of tire tread remains. The letters TWI on tire sidewalls
pinpoint location of wear indicators bars. Always remove tires
from service before they reach the treadwear indicator bars.
