WRITING METHOD
The method for writing USB ID varies according to the conditions of the main board. Be sure to figure out the appropriate method with reference to the following table.
For details on how to write the ID, follow the instructions shown in the program.
Main Board Condition
Communication between the computer
and the main board is impossible
Communication between the computer
and the main board is possible
Store optional ID
CONFIRMING THE ID
When the writing USB ID is completed, print a status sheet to confirm that the serial number printed on the sheet is identical to that on the label attached to the printer.

Previous ID Check
The previous ID can be confirmed with a printed
paper such as a status sheet.
The previous ID cannot be confirmed by any
means.
(The previous ID can be read from the previous
main board.)
Store auto-generated NEW ID

Store optional ID Enter the previous ID to write it into new main board.
Store auto- The program automatically creates new ID from the serial number of the
generated NEW ID printer. Write the ID into new main board.
OLD ID Retrieval/ Retrieve the ID from the old board, and enter the ID into new board.
