Registering groups

Group addressng allows you to quckly dstrbute documents to multple recpents.
The machne provdes the "Shared Groups" and "Personal Groups". You can regster
up to 100 groups.
NOTE
You cannot use the numerc keys to manually enter a destnaton. Group members
must be pre-regstered nto the address book before they can be added to a group.
Fax numbers and e-mal addresses can be regstered nto the same group.

Registering a new group

On the "Optons" tab, clck "Address Book".
The �Address Book�� screen �ill appear.

In the "Address Book" screen, clck ether "Personal Group" or "Shared Group".

Clck [New].

Select one or more destnatons to add to the group.
You can select destinations fro� �Personal Address Book�� and ��hared Address Book��.
