To regster a new dstrbuton rule, clck the number that does not contan a
dstrbuton rule. To edt a dstrbuton rule, clck the desred dstrbuton rule.
The �Fax For�arding �etting�� dialog �ill appear.

Forwardng Condtons Select the condtons by checkng the boxes.
Descrptons
Select whether to enable the settng you have config-
ured. Check ths box to enable the settng.
NOTE
• When ths s dsabled, the settngs are nvald even f
they are set.
When makng multple dstrbuton settngs, ths sets a
name for dentfyng a dstrbuton settng.
The name can contan up to 30 characters.
If you want to allow forwardng to a specfied sender
only; (1) clck [Specfy Sender(s)], (2) enter the detal
condtons, (3) clck [Save].
NOTE
• When the machne receves an e-mal that contans
the forwardng request to a fax, t wll be handled by
the settng of "When mal that requests fax forward-
ng s receved" on the "E-mal Settngs" (see page
4-41) rather than ths settng.
