Select whether to enable ths archve settng.
Select the archve destnaton.
• To archve the document to a specfied fax number:
(Ths settng does not appear on the "Transmtted e-
mal Archve Settngs" dalog.)
(1) Clck the "Fax" rado button.
(2) Enter the fax number and clck [Add].
To delete a fax number from the archve destnaton
lst:
(1) Clck [Address Book].
(2) Select the destnaton.
(3) Clck [Delete].
(4) Clck [Save].
• To archve the document to a specfied e-mal address:
(1) Clck the "E-mal" rado button.
(2) Enter the e-mal address and clck [Add].
To delete an e-mal address from the archve destna-
ton lst:
(1) Clck [Address Book].
(2) Select destnaton.
(3) Clck [Delete].
(4) Clck [Save].
NOTE
E-mal transmssons cannot be archved to a fax dest-
naton.
