See "Openng the envronment settng" on page 5-17 and open the settng
screen.

Adjust any document settngs, and clck "OK" to save the settng.
Using the Scan to Printer function
Ths functon can be accessed from the machne control panel,
Chapter 6, "Scanner Functons" n the MFP User's Guide.

Clck [Search] to search the IP address of your machne.
When the IP addresses are dsplayed, select the IP
address of your machne and clck [OK].
NOTE
• On Wndows XP Servce Pack 2, Wndows Server 2003
or Wndows Vsta, "Wndows Securty Alert dalog" wll
be dsplayed. In such case, clck [Unblock].
Enter the HTTP port number specfied n the "TCP/IP
Settngs" dalog box of "OfficeDrector".
Normally ths wll be set to "80".
Enter the "Scan to Prnt Montor" port number specfied
n the "TCP/IP Settngs" dalog box of "OfficeDrector".
The default settng s "62000".
NOTE
The port number specfied here must correspond to

the "Scan to Prnt Montor Port No." n the "TCP/IP
Settngs" dalog box of "OfficeDrector". Once you have
changed the "Scan to Prnt Montor Port No." n the
"TCP/IP Settngs" dalog box, be sure to change the
above settng accordngly.
