*1: When the OfficeDrector user name and password are the same as the doman
user name and password, the users can skp the OfficeDrector logn operaton
when they are authorzed by the Authentcaton mode on the machne.
NOTE
When the "User Access / Cost Accountng" settng for Prnt Mode s actve, be sure
to regster the "PC Informaton" field. Otherwse, the machne wll not prnt docu-
ments.

Enter the new user nformaton, then clck [Save].
The settings are registered and the �User �et-up�� dialog �ill be closed.

If you want to regster another user, repeat procedure from step 3.
Otherwse, clck [Close] on the "User Regstraton" screen to finsh.

Descrptons
Enter the user's e-mal address. Ths address wll be
dsplayed, f the user sends a fax or e-mal va OfficeD-
rector.
The e-mal address may contan up to 50 alphanumerc
characters.
Enter the IP Address and PC Name of the OfficeDrector
user. When the User Access/Cost Accountng functon
s actve, the machne wll sum the user's prnt charge
usng ths settng.
Select the default tab that wll be dsplayed when you
logn to "OfficeDrector".
NOTE
• If there s an unread document after logn, the tab for
that unread document wll be dsplayed first.
• If the "Publc Inbox" functon s dsabled, the tab wll not
be dsplayed.
Select the color of the con ndcatng an actve user n
the "User Lst" screen.
Enter the Account name and password used to logn to
the LDAP server.
Set maxmum number of destnatons that the user can
regster wth the "Personal Address Book".
NOTE
• If ths number s "0", the user can regster no address
n the personal address book.
• The maxmum number that can be regstered vares
accordng to the memory capacty.
Set whch LCD screen you want to be dsplayed when
you use the machne, ether the shared screen or your
personal screen.
Saves the current settngs and closes the dalog.
Closes the dalog wthout savng.
