Bulletin Board
You can set the default Bulletn Board settngs.

Open the "Admn Tools" screen. (See page 4-4.)

Clck [Bulletn Board].
The �Bulletin Board �ettings�� dialog �ill appear.

Adjust the settng and select [Save] to regster them.

Descrptons
Select the retenton perod of the documents posted on
the "Bulletn Board".
To post ndefintely, check "Do not delete automatcally".
To delete after a certan retenton perod, check "Delete
automatcally" and specfy the preservaton perod to
from 1 to 99 days.
NOTE
• The retenton perod does not nclude the present
day. So f you select one day, the document would be
deleted at 12:01 a.m. the day after tomorrow.
The default settng s "Do not delete automatcally".
Select whether or not to delete the document automat-
cally from ts orgnal tab when t s posted to the "Bul-
letn Board" tab.
Select whether the admnstrator, n addton to the
poster, can delete the posted documents. To enable ths,
check "The admnstrator can delete the document(s)".
Saves the current settngs and closes the dalog.
Closes the "Bulletn Board Settngs" dalog.
