Entering the destinations using the Address Book

Clck [Address book] ether n "Fax Destnaton" or n "E-mal Destnaton".
NOTE
Destnatons must be regstered n advance. For detals on regsterng or edtng
destnatons, see "Address Book" on pages 3-5 to 3-11.

Select the desred destnatons.
Check the boxes next to the names and clck [Add]. Refer to the reference table
for nformaton on these varous tabs.
When you check the box next to "Name", all the dsplayed destnatons wll be
selected.
