Operation flow

The network scannng operatons are as follows:

Scan documents from your machne nto OfficeDrector.
You can use ether the "Scan to User'" or "Scan to Bulletn Board" functon.
See Chapter 6 "Scanner Functons" n the MFP User's Guide for operatonal
nstructons.

Download the scanned mage from the Scan Box.
There are two download optons:
1. Download a scanned mage from the OfficeDrector lst, n TIFF or PDF
format. (See below.)
2. Download a scanned mage usng a TWAIN complant software applcaton.
(See page 2-32.)
Download scanned image from the OfficeDirector list

Start OfficeDrector and logn. (see page 2-11)

Select the file you want to download by checkng the box next to the file.

Clck [Download].

Clck [OK].
