Scan Settings

You can set the retenton perod for scanned documents.

Open the "Admn Tools" screen. (See page 4-4.)

Clck [Scan Settngs].
The ��can �ettings�� dialog �ill appear.

Adjust the settngs and select [Save] to regster them.
Descrptons
Select the retenton perod of scanned documents n the
"Scan" tab.
To hold the documents ndefintely, check "Do not delete
automatcally".
To delete the documents after a certan retenton perod,
check "Delete automatcally" and specfy the retenton
perod from 1-99 days.
NOTE
• The retenton perod does not nclude the present
day. So f you select one day, the document would be
deleted at 12:01 a.m. the day after tomorrow.
The default settng s "Do not delete automatcally".
Saves the current settngs and closes the dalog.
Closes the "Scan Settngs" dalog.
