*1: When the OfficeDrector user name and password are the same as the doman
user name and password, the users are able to skp the OfficeDrector logn
when they use the authentcaton mode on the machne.
NOTE
When the "User Access / Cost Accountng" settng for the Prnt Mode s actve, be
sure to regster the "PC Informaton" field. Otherwse, the machne wll not prnt
out the documents.

Enter the user's company name.
The company name may contan up to 50 characters.
Enter the name of the department or group the user
belongs to.
Ths tem may contan up to 100 characters.
Enter the user's telephone number.
Ths tem may contan up to 40 dgts.
Enter the user's fax number.
The fax number may contan up to 40 dgts.
Enter the user's e-mal address.
Ths address wll be dsplayed, f you send a fax or e-
mal va OfficeDrector.
Ths tem may contan up to 50 alphanumerc charac-
ters.
Enter the IP Address and PC Name of the OfficeDrector
user. When the User Access/Cost Accountng functon
s actve, the machne wll sum the user's prnt charge
usng ths settng.
Select the default lst that wll be dsplayed when you
start OfficeDrector and logn.
NOTE
• If there s an unread document after logn, the lst for
that unread document wll be dsplayed first.
• If the "Publc Inbox" functon s dsabled, the lst wll
not be dsplayed.
Select the color of the con ndcatng an actve user n
the "User Lst" screen.
Enter the Account name and password used to logn to
the LDAP server.
Set maxmum number of destnatons that the user can
regster wth the "Personal Address Book".
NOTE
• The maxmum number that can be regstered vary
accordng to the memory capacty.
Set whch settng to dsplay on the machne's LCD after
loggng n to OfficeDrector.
