Descrptons
Select the dstrbuton destnaton.
The receved fax or e-mal wll be dstrbuted to all
destnaton specfied here.
• To specify the "OfficeDirector" users
(1) Clck [Select].
(2) Select the user or user group from the "Destna-
ton" dalog box.
(3) Clck [Add].
(4) Clck [Save].
• To specify the fax number
(1) Enter the fax number drectly.
(2) Clck [Add].
Up to 3 fax destnatons can be entered drectly.

If the destnaton s regstered n the Address Book,
(1) Clck [Address Book].
The "Destnaton Settngs" dalog wll appear.
(2) Select the destnaton.
(3) Clck [Add].
(4) Clck [Save].
NOTE
To change or delete fax destnaton:
(1) Clck the [Address Book]
(2) Modfy the contents of the "Destnaton Settngs"
dalog, then clck [Save].
• To specify an e-mail address
(1) Select the "To", "Cc", or "Bcc".
(2) Enter the e-mal address drectly.
(3) Clck [Add].
Up to 3 e-mal addresses can be entered drectly.

(1) Clck [Address Book].
The �Destination �ettings�� dialog �ill appear.
(2) Select the destnaton.
(3) Select "To", "Cc", or "Bcc".
(4) Clck [Add].
(5) Clck [Save].
NOTE
