Browser-based Machine Set-up / Customization
Usng OfficeDrector, you do not need to be at the machne n order to regster set-
tngs or check job status. The setup, checkng / cancelng the job, address book reg-
straton, and other settngs lke network or e-mal setup may be done from the web
browser. You may also change the machne "Soft keys", the functons located on the
copy, fax and scan mode screens, to create a customzed nterface.

Bulletin board

"OfficeDrector" features a "Bulletn Board Document" lst.
Ths document lst serves as a central document postng area that any regstered
OfficeDrector user may vew.
You can add personal Inbox documents, scanned documents, etc. to the "Bulletn
Board Document" lst and notfy all users of the document postng. Also, a bulletn
board vewng perod can be set that determnes how long the document wll be
posted for vewng.
