TCP/IP settings
Ths machne uses TCP/IP protocol to communcate over the LAN, meanng the
TCP/IP settngs descrbed n ths gude must be regstered pror to usng the
machne on the LAN.
NOTE
For more nformaton, see "Network settngs" n Chapter 9, "Machne Settngs" n
the MFP User's Guide.
IMPORTANT
In order to actvate new settngs, the machne must be rebooted after new set-
tngs have been entered. To reboot the machne, press [OD Shutdown] and turn the
machne "Off" and after three or more seconds, turn the machne back "On".
