E-mal Up to 10 e-mal templates can be regstered for sendng.
Template Regstered e-mal templates can be accessed from the machne
when sendng an e-mal.
To regster or edt an e-mal template:
(1) Clck [E-mal Template Regstraton].
The �E-�ail Te�plate Registration�� screen �ill appear.
(2) To regster a new template, clck a number that does not
contans the template.
To edt the template, clck the template name you want to
edt.
The �Edit E-�ail Te�plate�� dialog �ill appear.
(3) Enter the tems, then clck [Save].
Show Select whether or not to wrte the e-mal destnaton nforma-
recpents on ton (To and Cc) n the e-mal header.
Tx e-mal If an e-mal contanng a large file sze s broadcast to mul-
tple addresses, some SMTP servers may not accept the e-mal
transmsson. If ths happens, select "No – does not show any
recpent".
