Exporting/importing user information
You can export user nformaton to vCard file format and mport data from vCard
file format.
The followng tems can be mported or exported:
"User Name", "Company", "Department /Group", "Phone number", "Fax number"
and "E-mal Address".

Exporting user information

You can convert the user nformaton data to vCard file format and store t on your
computer.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 n "Regster a new user".

In the "User Regstraton" screen, select the user(s) you want to export, and
clck [Export].
Export confir�ation dialog box �ill appear.

Clck [OK] and then [Save].
The Windo�s do�nload destination folder and file na�e �ill be displayed.

Specfy the folder and file name to save to, and clck [Save].
The data is converted to vCard file for�at and stored in a specified location.

If you want to export another user's nformaton, repeat procedure from step 2.
Otherwse, clck [Close] on the "User Regstraton" screen to finsh.
Importing user information
You can mport data from a vCard file format as "OfficeDrector" user nformaton
data.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 n "Regster a new user".

In the "User Regstraton" screen, clck [Import].
The �I�port User Infor�ation�� dialog box �ill appear.

Type the file locaton and file name you want to mport. If you are not sure of
the file locaton or file name, clck [Browse] to browse the file.

Select "New" or "Overwrte" n "How to Import" field.

Clck [Import].
I�port confir�ation dialog box �ill appear.

Clck [OK].
The data �ill be i�ported.

Clck [Close] n the "User Regstraton" screen to finsh.
