Descrptons
To create a new box, select a new number. To
edt a box, select the box to edt. Enter the fol-
lowngs and clck [Save]:
• Box Type
• Box Name
• Sub-Address
• Password
• Hold tme (Securty Box only)
• Rx Protect
• Auto Prnt
• Over Wrte
• Erase Tx Doc
• I.D. Code
Select how many tmes to redal.
Select the redal nterval.
Select the settng from OFF, Mode 1, Mode 2 or
Mode 3.
When you have selected Mode 2 or Mode 3,
enter the "Block Number" and clck [Add]. To
delete regstered block numbers, select the
numbers and clck [Delete].
Clck [Save] to save the settngs.
Select the number of rngs before recevng a
fax n Fax or Tel/Fax recepton mode.
Select how long the machne should pause
when a pause s nserted.
Select the super fine resoluton from 400 dp
and 600 dp.
Select the reducton rate for receved faxes
from Auto (automatc reducton) or 100% (no
reducton).
Enter the margn for receved faxes.
Select whether to enable duplex recepton or
half-page recepton to save paper.
Check the box to actvate the functon.
Check the box to actvate the functon.
Do not use.
Enter the prefix number. To enter a pause or
tone, use the button placed under the column.
Check the box to actvate the functon.
You can set the followng default value:
• Document Type
• Contrast
• Resoluton (Monochrome and Color scannng)
• Fle Format (Monochrome and Color scannng)
Select the button of each tem, whch to set as default.
