• "Oce InfoMonitor"
Ths program alerts users when new documents arrve.
It can also be configured to send alerts for not only new documents but also the
result status of sendng and prntng.

• "Oce Document Download Manager"
Ths utlty program automatcally downloads receved documents. You can specfy
the type of document, where to download t, at what tme to download t and the
approprate file format.

page 5-8.
• "Oce CoverPage Editor"
Ths program s used to customze cover pages for transmssons.
Recpent nformaton (company name, department, personal name, etc.) s auto-
matcally nserted, so you do not need to create cover pages for each user.

• "Oce Scan to Print Monitor"
Ths utlty program s used to regster the prnter(s) or settng the save destnaton
(shared folder) for the document copy when the scan to prnter functon (scan the
color document n the machne and prnt t n other prnter) s used.

• "Oce TiffMaker"
Ths drver converts documents created n your software applcaton nto TIFF
mage files. Converted mage files can then be sent as file attachments.
