How to attach temporary storage files
You can attach a temporary storage document to fax or e-mal or to a postng docu-
ment. You can also send documents stored n temporary storage to a fax or e-mal
address, wthout attachng another file. For transmsson, we descrbe the detals n
"PC-Fax transmsson and recepton" on page 2-13. Here s a bref revew:

After you clcked ether [Send] or [Post to the Bulletn Board] the functon set-
tng screen wll appear.

Clck [Change] n "Document".

Clck "Temporary Storage" to open t.

Check the boxes next to the file names to select and clck [Add].
When you check the box next to "Fle Name", all the dsplayed files wll be selected.
If you have chosen a wrong file, select the file from the lst below and select
[Delete].

After you have added all of the desred files, clck [Save].

After you have adjusted the necessary settngs, clck ether [Send] or [Post] to
send or post the files wth temporary storage documents attached.
