Clck [Add].
The selected destinations �ill be displayed in the address list at the botto� of
the screen.

Enter the group name n the "Group Name" field, then clck [Save].
The group �ill be registered.

To regster another group, repeat procedures from step 2.
Otherwse, clck [Close] on the "Address Book" screen to finsh.

Editing a group

On the "Optons" tab, clck "Address Book".
The �Address Book�� screen �ill appear.

In the "Address Book" screen, clck ether "Personal Group" or "Shared Group"
as the category for the group to edt.

Clck the group name you want to edt.
The ��et Personal Group�� dialog or ��et �hared Group�� dialog �ill be displayed.

Edt the contents of the tems n the "Set Personal Group" dalog or the "Set
Shared Group" dalog, then clck [Save].
The edited group infor�ation �ill be registered and the ��et Personal Group��
dialog or the ��et �hared Group�� dialog �ill be closed.

To edt another group, repeat procedures from step 2.
Otherwse, clck [Close] on the "Address Book" screen to finsh.

Deleting a group

On the "Optons" screen, clck "Address Book".

In the "Address Book" screen, clck ether "Personal Group" or "Shared Group"
as the category for the group to delete.

Check one or more groups to delete and clck [Delete].
The deletion confir�ation dialog box �ill appear.

Clck [OK].
The selected group �ill be deleted.

Clck [Close] n the "Address Book" screen.
The �Address Book�� screen �ill be closed.
