Using Temporary Storage
You can save documents nto OfficeDrector temporarly storage to allow easy
access for file sendng, attachng or postng.
NOTE
In order to use the temporary storage, you need to have the Océ fx2081 Fax Drver
nstalled on your computer. The drver s located on the Océ fx2081 OfficeDirector
CD suppled wth your machne. See "Installng OfficeDrector" on page 1-10 for
nstallaton nstructons.
Storing Temporary Storage files
The followng steps provde the basc procedure for storng a temporary storage file.

Start the desred applcaton program and create/open a document.

Clck [Prnt] or [Prnt Setup] from "Fle" menu.
Make sure that "Oce fx2081 Fax" s selected as the prnter.
If you want to make any adjustments, clck [Preferences]. For detals, see
"Paper Preferences" on page 2-6.

Clck [Prnt] or [OK] to start the prnt job.
The �OfficeDirector Docu�ent Operation�� dialog �ill appear.

Select your user name and enter the password.

Clck [Temporary Storage].

The browser wll close from the machne sde.

Clck [Yes].
NOTE
• To confirm or delete the temporary storage files, see "Temporary Storage lst"
on page 3-14.
• The preservaton perod for the temporary storage files are defaulted to one
day. You can change the perod n "Intal Settngs" on page 4-18.
