Setting transmission functions

You can set up varous functons for your fax and e-mal transmsson.
Descrptons
A Enter the fax destnatons. See pages 2-14 to 2-19 on how to enter them.
B Enter the e-mal destnatons. See pages 2-14 to 2-19 on how to enter them.
C To attach a text message to your e-mal, clck [Edt E-mal Template].
To enter a message:
(1) Enter the e-mal subject n the "Subject" field.
(2) Enter the text message n the "Text" field.
(3) Clck [Save].
NOTE
The e-mal template s avalable for e-mal transmssons only. It won't be
attached to fax transmssons.
D The file to be transmtted wll be dsplayed n the lst. To change the file
or add more files, clck [Change]. The "Sendng Document" dalog wll be
dsplayed. Add or remove files to the lst. You may add temporary storage
files. You can also check the first file n the lst by clckng [Prevew].
Select the file format.

You can enter up to 80 characters.
You can enter up to 1024 characters.
A file format used by an applcaton called Acrobat, from Adobe
Systems. Convertng files to PDF format allows them to be
transmtted regardless of ther computer platform or envron-
ment. Also, the orgnal mage can be rendered wthout any
corrupton of the document's layout.
specficaton. T.37 s a standard for Internet fax. Documents
sent wth smple mode format can also be receved wth other
Internet faxng standards.
A graphcal mage file format (ITU-T T.37 full mode). Image
resoluton or color depth for an mage and dfferent encodng
algorthms can be saved nto a sngle file.
