Archive Settings

NOTE
• When you set "Archve Settngs" to "ON", the followng transmsson wll be ds-
abled.
· Non-memory transmssons
· Transmssons usng the [Montor] or an optonal handset
· F-code securty receptons
· F-code bulletn box receptons
Pollng communcatons wll not be archved.
• When the machne fals to archve, a check message wll be prnted out and
ndcates that transmsson to the "Archve" has faled. You should nform users
that ths message does not mean the transmsson to the desred destnaton has
faled, when you set ths functon to [ON].
Creating or editing an archive setting

Open the "Admn Tools" screen. (See page 4-4.)

Clck [Archve Settngs].
The �Archive �ettings�� screen �ill appear.
