Countermeasure
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Replace the network card.
· Make sure you have the requred mem-
ory space avalable on your computer. If
not, please add memory.
· If multple software applcatons or
unnecessary resdent software are run-
nng, ext them.
Turn ON the power.
Load paper properly.
Install the drum cartrdge or toner car-
trdge correctly.
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Configure the network settngs correctly
(refer to page 1-5).
Turn ON the power.
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Connect the LAN cable to another port on
the devce and make sure t operates cor-
rectly. If t fals to operate, please replace
the devce.
Refer to the operatonal manual of the
devce and configure the network settngs
correctly.
See "User Regstraton" on page 3-3 and
enter the "PC Informaton" of the user.
To check whether the "User Access / Cost
Accountng" settng for Prnt Mode s
actve, press <Settng>, [Lst], [Settngs
Lst], [System Settngs] and [Yes] to prnt
out the machne's settngs, and check that
"Prnt" underneath "User Access / Cost
Accountng" s set ON.
