Descrptons
The user who s currently logged n wll be dsplayed.
Ths dsplays the amount of free memory remanng
wthn OfficeDrector. If there s not enough memory,
you may not be able to scan documents wth large
contents or receve documents.
Ths shows the status of the forward settngs for your
Personal Inbox. To set up or change the forward set-
tng, see "Forwardng Settngs" on page 3-12.
Select whether to make the Auto Refresh functon
actve or not. The selected status wll be hghlghted.
If "ON" s selected, t wll be automatcally refreshed
every five mnutes. If "OFF" s selected, clck [Refresh]
to see the latest nformaton.
Select ths button to log out of OfficeDrector.
