Exporting/importing destination information
You can export destnaton nformaton to vCard or CSV format file and mport
data from vCard or CSV format file.

Exporting destination information

Converts the destnaton nformaton data to a vCard file format and stores t on
your computer.

Repeat steps 1 through 3 n "Regsterng a new destnaton".

In the "Address Book" screen, select ether "Shared Address Book" or "Personal
Address Book" as the address book export category.

Select the destnatons you want to export, then clck [Export].
To export all the destnaton nformaton, clck [Export All Informaton].

Select the file format, vCard or CSV, then clck [Save].

Specfy the folder and file name to save to, and clck [Save].
The data is converted to the specified file for�at and stored in the specified loca-
tion.

Clck [Close] n the "Address Book" screen to close the "Address Book" screen.
