Countermeasure
Otherwse, you cannot prnt a document
created wth the specfied applcaton
software. Ext OfficeDrector and nstall
"Oce fx2081 GDI", "Oce fx2081 PCL6", or
"Oce fx2081 PCL5e".
From the prnt menu of the applcaton
software, set the prnter to "Oce fx2081
GDI", "Oce fx2081 PCL6", or "Oce fx2081
PCL5e".
The settngs n the applcaton software
may be gven prorty to the ones n the
prnter drver for prntng. Configure
the correct settngs on the applcaton
software.
If tryng to prnt multple copes, try to
prnt one at a tme.
Set the mage resoluton lower. Smplfy
the mage to decrease the file sze.
Change the spool data format of the
prnter drver from "EMF mode" to "RAW
mode".
Some functons may not be combned.
Areas dsplayed n gray cannot be
selected.
When you set some worksheets n
a workgroup n Mcrosoft Excel
and prnt them, you need the same
settngs n both "Page Setup" and
"Prntng Preferences" for each
worksheet.
