Clck [Close].
The �User Access / Cost Accounting�� list �ill be closed.
Descrptons
The charge for scan. The scanned total pages are nd-
cated n the parenthess.
The charge for prnt. The prnted total pages are nd-
cated n the parenthess.
When you clck ths, the prnt confirm dalog box wll be
dsplayed. When you clck [OK], the lst of the specfied
User Access/Cost Accountng wll be prnted from the
machne.
When you clck ths, the prnt confirm dalog box wll be
dsplayed. When you clck [OK] and then clck [Save],
the lst of User Access/Cost Accountng wll be prnted
from the machne.
When you clck ths, the download confirmaton dalog
box wll be dsplayed.
When you clck [OK], the Wndows download destna-
ton folder and file name dalog wll be dsplayed. After
specfyng the download folder, enter the file name, and
clck [Save].
The lst wll be downloaded to the specfied locaton on
your computer as a CSV file.
When you clck ths, you can modfy the followng.
Settng: Clck the box for each mode to actvate the User
Access/Cost Accountng settng for the mode.
Cost: Enter the charge for each mode.
Protect: To actvate the counter protecton, select [ON].
To set or reset the protecton, the protect pass-
code wll be needed.
To reset the counter, clck [Counter Reset].
