Descrptons
A Clck "Personal Address Book (XX)" or "Shared Address Book (XX)" to
dsplay the regstered addresses. The numbers n parenthess ndcate how
many addresses have been regstered.
• Sort by Name
• Sort by Number
B Clck "Personal Groups (XX)" or "Shared Groups (XX)" to dsplay the regs-
tered groups. The numbers n parenthess ndcate how many groups have
been regstered.
C Clck "Search" to search for a contact located on an LDAP server. See
"Searchng for a destnaton" on pages 2-17 and 2-18 how to use t.
D • Index tab
The addresses are categorzed to the correspondng tab wth the first let-
ter of the regstered name.
When the "123/All" tab s clcked, all the addresses wll be dsplayed.
• Page
Proceeds to the next page of the address book.
The underlned numbers ndcate pages that can be dsplayed; the num-
ber that s not underlned ndcates the page currently beng dsplayed.
• Dsplay
Sets the number of addresses to be dsplayed (10, 20, or all).
E Clck [Fax number] or [E-mal address] to swtch over the address book.
F The regstered addresses wll be lsted n ths area. When you select "E-
mal address", a pull-down menu wll appear next to the address. Ths
pull-down menu allows you to select To, Cc or Bcc.
G Sets the number of selected addresses to be dsplayed (5, 10, or all).
H Check the box next to "Name" and clck "Delete" to remove the destnaton
from the transmsson.
I Clck [FAX] or [I-FAX] to confirm the selected destnatons.
J The entered and selected addresses wll be lsted n ths area. To confirm
the destnatons, swtch to [FAX] and [I-FAX].

Clck [Save] to close the address book wth the selected destnatons ready for
transmsson.
