Using Oce Download Document Manager
Creating new download tasks

Start up the Oce Document Download Manager, and clck [Add].

Clck the "Download" tab.

Adjust any settngs as necessary.

Descrpton
Select from whch box you want to download the files.
Regster the name of the subfolder nto whch the files
wll be stored.
Select whether to delete the file from the machne
memory after downloadng.

Deletes all downloaded documents from the document
lsts.
• Yes (Read Only)
Deletes downloaded documents from the document
lsts after they have been read.
• No
Does not delete downloaded documents.
