Select ether "Personal" or "Shared".

Clck [Add].
The �Folder �hortcut �ettings�� dialog appears.

Configure the settngs, then clck [Save].
Descrptons
Enter the folder shortcut name.
Enter the exact folder path.
If you do not know the exact folder path, select [Browse]
to browse the network.
If the folder requres authentcaton, please enter the
user name.
If your machne s on a wndows doman controlled
network, add the doman name after the user name wth
an "@", lke "sam@dom_oce.com".
If the folder requres authentcaton, please enter the
user password.
Select "On" or "Off"
On: The authentcaton wll be done automatcally,
when the User Name and Password are regstered.
Off: The User Name and Password wll be requred
every tme to access the folder.
