Countermeasure
Check the OfficeDrector IP address and
make sure t has been entered correctly.
Refer to Chapter 1 "TCP/IP settngs" on
page 1-5 and configure the network set-
tngs correctly.
Check the browser settngs by followng
these steps:
· Go to "Tools" on the menu bar −
"Internet Optons" − "Connectons" tab
− "Local Area Network (LAN) settngs
Explorer", and press the [LAN Settngs]
button to check the proxy server set-
tngs.
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Replace the network card.
· Make sure you have the requred mem-
ory space avalable on your computer. If
not, please add memory.
· If multple software applcatons or
unnecessary resdent software are run-
nng, ext them.
Regster the user nformaton n the "User
Set-up" dalog box of OfficeDrector.
Enter the password regstered n the
"User Set-up" dalog box of OfficeDrector.
Turn ON the power.
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Configure the network settngs correctly
(refer to page 1-5).
Turn ON the power.
Check the LAN cable connecton and con-
nect correctly.
Replace the LAN cable.
Connect the LAN cable to another port on the
devce and make sure t operates correctly. If
t fals to operate, please replace the devce.
Refer to the operatonal manual of the
devce and configure the network settngs
correctly.
