NOTE
• The e-mal hstory dsplays a maxmum total of 100 communcatons — transms-
sons and receptons. When the maxmum number of e-mals sent or receved has
been recorded, each tme a new transmsson/recepton s added to the hstory, the
oldest record wll be deleted.
• The "Mal Hstory" lst can only be dsplayed. It cannot be edted.

Clck [Close].
The �Mail History�� list �ill be closed.
Descrptons
The results wll be dsplayed.
When you clck "Detals", the destnaton, subject, and
other detaled nformaton for the e-mal wll be ds-
played.
When you clck ths, the prnt confirm dalog box wll be
dsplayed. When you clck [OK], the e-mal hstory wll
be prnted on the machne.
When you clck ths, the download confirmaton dalog
box wll be dsplayed.
When you clck [OK], the Wndows download destna-
ton folder and file name dalog wll be dsplayed. After
specfyng the download folder, enter the file name, and
clck [Save].
The e-mal hstory wll be downloaded to the specfied
locaton on your computer as a CSV file.
Closes the "Mal Hstory" lst.
