Utility Programs Menu
To take full advantage of the features of OfficeDrector, nstall the OfficeDrector
utlty programs contaned n the Océ fx2081 OfficeDirector CD suppled wth the
machne.
<Oce InfoMonitor>
Ths program alerts users when new documents arrve.
It can also be configured to send alerts for not only new arrved documents but also
the transmsson results or prntng results.
<Oce Document Download Manager>
Ths utlty program automatcally downloads receved documents. You can specfy
the type of document, where to download t, at what tme to download t and the
approprate file format.
<Oce Scan to Print Monitor>
Ths utlty program s a montorng software. It montors a specfied folder, and
pass the data n the folder to a prnter. When you scan on a color document from
the machne and store the data n the folder, t wll be prnted on a color prnter
automatcally.
For detals on how to use Scan to prnter, see Chapter 6 "Scanner Functons" n the
MFP User's Guide.
<Oce CoverPage Editor>
Ths program s used to customze cover pages for transmssons.
Recpent nformaton (company name, department, personal name, etc.) are auto-
matcally nserted, so you do not need to create cover pages for each user.
<Oce TiffMaker>
Oce TffMaker s a prnt drver that converts files nto Tagged Image Fle Format
(TIFF) from your software applcaton.
For example, f you attach a TIFF file converted by Oce TffMaker to the Océ Inter-
net Fax va e-mal, you can use the Océ Internet Fax machne as a prnter. Also, by
usng the e-mal forwardng feature on the Océ Internet Fax machne, you can send
your electronc document to a remote fax machne wthout prntng.
