Descrptons
In some cases, receved e-mal cannot be prnted correctly due
to the format of the receved file. Ths mode allows you to ether
return an error message to the sender or have the message
forwarded to another nbox.
• Return error notice to the author
Returns an error notce to the author.
• Return mail to the author
Returns the orgnal e-mal to the author.
• Forward mail to the following e-mail address:
Forwards the e-mal to another e-mal address wthout
returnng t to the author. You can set just one e-mal address
where to forward the e-mal that can not be analyzed. Enter
the e-mal address wthn 50 characters.
Select whether to request the recever for delvery check (DSN)
or readng check (MDN) when sendng e-mal.
• Delivery Status Notification (DSN) from server
Requests a delvery confirmaton.
• Message Disposition Notification (MDN) showing that
recipient read the mail
Requests a read recept.
• Request both reception notifications
Requests both a delvery confirmaton and a read recept.
• Do not request either reception notifications
The delvery notficaton and read recept wll not be
requested.
NOTE
• Some mal servers and e-mal recepton software wll not
respond to these requests.
