Using Oce InfoMonitor
Check a new document
If you have nstalled and actvated InfoMontor, you wll be notfied for the event
you have set up.
Ths s an example of when a document arrved to a user's scan box:
• To vew the arrved document, clck [Open the document].
• Select [Close] f you want to check t later.
Disabling the pop-up notification
To dsable the pop-up notficaton please follow ths procedure.

Rght clck the task tray con

Select "Vew popups" and remove the check mark.
• If "Vew popups" s dsabled, the con wll flash to notfy you that a document
has been receved. To vew the document, rght-clck the con and pont to
"OfficeDrector Logn..." to start OfficeDrector.
