Personal Outbox settings
You can set the ntal settng of the Personal Outbox settngs.

Open the "Admn Tools" screen. (See page 4-4.)

Clck [Personal Outbox].
The �Personal Outbox �ettings�� dialog �ill appear.

Set whether or not to delete the documents automat-
cally on the "Personal Outbox" tab.
To dsallow automatc document deleton, check "Do not
delete automatcally".
To delete automatcally, check "Delete automatcally"
and set the retenton perod from 1 to 99 days or set to
"Delete automatcally after transmsson."
NOTE
• The retenton perod does not nclude the present
day. So f you select one day, the document would be
deleted at 12:01 a.m. the day after tomorrow.
The default settng s "Do not delete automatcally".
Select whether or not to delete the orgnal document
automatcally from ts orgnal tab when t s sent to the
"Personal Outbox" tab.
