You may find out that PE 2 has synchronized to PE 1 and is functioning at stratum 2.
The NTP configuration on PE2 however is different if CE 1 is the clock source. To have
PE 2 synchronize to CE 1, you need to specify a source address in addition to
specifying the VPN where CE 1 is located by using the following command:
[PE2] ntp-service unicast-server vpn-instance vpn1 133.1.1.1 source-interface
